Looking for a place to dance away that Thanksgiving turkey?  We’ll be playing two gigs on Thanksgiving weekend.

Friday we’ll be at the North Star Music Cafe at the base of Munjoy Hill, and Saturday at Shack’s Pub in Morrill’s Corner.  Take your pick.  Or come to both.  We won’t turn you away…

Also, so you know, we’re skipping our December gig at the Dogfish Grille.  But we’ll be back on January 3rd!

See you soon!

Love, Murray

This just in:

We’ll be playing at Bull Feeny’s tomorrow night.  June 10!  Maybe at 9:00!  Maybe later!

This will be part of their baffling audition process, so if you like to go out on Tuesday nights, consider joining us at Bull Feeny’s.  We need a rowdy crowd!

xoxoxo,

Murray.

Murray vs. Bear

Funny that this gig at the Great Lost Bear should come up right after our gig at the Dogfish Grille.  It evokes the endless “Bear vs. Shark” debate

The premise is, “Assuming 4-6 feet of standing water, who would win in a fight?  A grizzly bear?  Or a great white shark?”

I first heard this one in 1994, so it’s been kicking around unsolved for at least ten years.  Why doesn’t someone doesn’t just set up the match?  Solve this once and for all!

We have our theories.  Interested?  Join us and our friends Ramblin Red at the Great Lost Bear on Wednesday, June 18.  There will be songs about fighting, loving and everything in-between.

June 7th starts our regular gig at The Dogfish Bar and Grille!  That’s the one on Free Street.

All summer long, you’ll find us there on the first Saturday night of the month, tearing the place apart.

(We can only assume that they will need the rest of the month to repair the damage.)
